Where Lived Experience Meets Real Inclusion
As a wheelchair user and accessibility advocate with firsthand experience navigating the gaps in sports and entertainment venues, I founded Suite Level Access Strategies to bridge the disconnect between compliance and true inclusion. My background spans both professional sports and venue consulting, with time spent supporting operations and accessibility compliance at major stadiums. I bring a dual perspective: lived experience and industry knowledge.
With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and a Master’s in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University, I’ve worked alongside teams, vendors, and fans to identify barriers and design better experiences. From minor league ballparks to major college stadiums, my approach is practical, dignified, and people-first.

What our clients say
«After implementing Steven’s recommendations, we received a letter from a disabled fan that read: ‘For the first time, I didn’t feel like a burden at the stadium.’ That’s the kind of ROI you can’t put on a spreadsheet.»
— Samantha Lee
«What struck me most was how Steven helped us question everything we’d taken for granted. It wasn’t a technical audit — it was a masterclass in empathy. Since then, we don’t design to meet code, we design so everyone feels seen.»
— Michael Jensen
«Steven didn’t just help us improve the stadium. He helped us understand the value of dignity. Watching a fan roll into a suite with ease and smile genuinely — that’s something I’ll never forget.»
